Lunch Break Duration (minutes) Duration of the rep's lunch break in minutes (default: 60)

Weekend Overflow When off, weekend-eligible chains are still scheduled on weekdays only.

Utilization Balance Pass After feasibility, move bounded sets of border outlets from over-capacity territories to nearer under-utilized neighbours (road-true, re-simulated). Off = current behaviour.

Max Drive Hours Per Day Maximum hours a rep can spend driving per day (default: 3)

Disable Service Cap When enabled, no daily service time cap is enforced Disable Drive Time Limit When enabled, no daily drive time limit is enforced

Delay Buffer Percent (%) Buffer for delays/breaks, reduces effective work time (default: 5%)

Max Outlets Per Rep Maximum number of outlets a single rep can be assigned (default: 80)

Max Travel Distance (km) Maximum travel distance in km per rep per day (default: 150)

Max Rep-to-Group Distance (km) Maximum distance from a rep's home to any assigned group centroid. Groups beyond this distance will be left unassigned. (default: 80)

Max Inter-Group Distance (km) Maximum distance between groups assigned to the same rep. Prevents multi-group reps from having widely scattered territories. (default: 50)

Planning Month Month for route planning (YYYY-MM)

Routing Mode Matrix computation method for route optimization

Cached Valhalla: Uses cached road-network results when available; best default for repeated planning.
Valhalla Accurate: Always calls Valhalla, no cache, slowest but fresh results every run.
Fast Estimate: Fastest, rough Haversine estimate, no Valhalla needed.

Average Speed (km/h) Used by Fast Estimate mode; also Haversine fallback speed (default: 35)

Route Distance Weight Routing objective: 1.0 = distance only, 0.0 = time only. Time weight = 1 − this (default: 0.8 = distance-first)

Commute Allowance (km) First/last route legs within this distance of the rep's start point are treated as normal commute (not charged against the daily work budget). Only the excess counts (default: 15)

Clustering Mode Algorithm for grouping outlets into rep territories

Capacity Aware: Groups outlets by workload + geography. Ensures no group exceeds capacity limits. Recommended.
KMeans Geographic: Groups by geographic proximity only (original algorithm). May produce overloaded groups.

Define the servicing windows permitted per chain. Mon–Fri share one window input (applied to all five weekdays on save). Leave a field empty to disallow servicing on that day. Format: HH:MM-HH:MM, multiple windows comma-separated e.g. 09:30-12:00, 14:00-17:30.
